Amacx Drink Gel with citrus flavor is a ready-to-use sports gel where water has already been added. The gel contains different types of carbohydrate sources with a gradual release (2:1 carbohydrate ratio).
The special advantage of Amacx Drink Gel with a 2:1 carbohydrate ratio is that the gel provides a more balanced and gradual release of energy. This combination of carbohydrates allows for both quickly available energy and a more sustained supply of fuel for the body during physical activity. This can help maintain energy levels and performance over a longer period of time, as the slow-release carbohydrates provide a more stable source of energy, while the fast-acting carbohydrates provide a faster injection of energy when needed.

Ingredients :

Use and dosage:
Consume the drinking gel before or during exercise.
Recommended use: Take 1-3 gels per hour during training. Use depends on personal carbohydrate needs.
