Amacx Energy Oat bar with coconut flavor is the ideal source of carbohydrates. The sports bar consists of both simple and complex carbohydrates. This mixture ensures that the nutrients are absorbed gradually by your body. This makes the sports bar ideal for use during a longer period of activity or as a snack. The bar has no cover.

Ingredients :
Oat malt flakes, fructose-glucose syrup, coconut pieces, coconut oil, isomaltulose (isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose), sorbitol syrup, wheat germ, linseed, linseed oil, acidity regulator: citric acid, apple pectin, aroma. May contain traces of sesame seeds and nuts.
Use and dosage:
Consume the energy bar before, during or after training.
Recommended dosage: Eat 1-2 bars per hour during training. Dosage depends on personal carbohydrate needs. Do not consume too much solid food during training. For extra energy, combine the Energy Oat Bar with an Isoton Sports Drink or Energy Drink.
It is not recommended to exceed the recommended dose.
Storage:
Store the product in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children.
