With the vanilla flavored Amacx Fast Bar, you get an energy bar with different types of carbohydrates that provide the optimal balance of carbohydrates. The bar's soft texture makes it easy to eat and therefore ideal for use during training. The bar contains 40% almonds and is naturally rich in magnesium, potassium and calcium.

Ingredients :
Almonds (40%), sugar, oligofructose syrup, maltodextrin, dextrose, palatinose, soy protein isolate, aroma. May contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, nuts, peanuts and eggs.
Use and dosage:
Consume the energy bar immediately before, during or after exercise.
Recommended dosage: Eat 1-2 bars per hour during training. Dosage depends on personal carbohydrate needs. Do not consume too much solid food during training. For extra energy, combine the Energy Oat Bar with an Isoton Sports Drink or Energy Drink.
It is not recommended to exceed the recommended dose.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children.
