During the thaw, Ice Gel can be used as a Slush Gel, which cools and energizes the body from the inside out. Has the gel been in the pocket for too long and has thawed? No problem, after thawing the gel can be used as a regular Drink Gel. Thanks to this packaging and the user-friendly opening, the gel is always usable, first as a cooling element, then as a Slush Gel and even as a regular Drink Gel.

Ingredients :
Water, maltodextrin, fructose, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, aroma, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (xanthan gum), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).
Use and dosage:
Ice Gel is used during training to cool your body internally. To do this, first put the gel in the freezer so that it can freeze properly. After taking it out of the freezer, the gel can be used after about 20 minutes as Slush Gel.
Recommended use : Take 1-3 gels per hour of training. The use depends on personal carbohydrate needs and/or how much you want to cool your body from the inside out.
It is not recommended to exceed the recommended dose.
Storage:
Store the product in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children.
