Use and dosage:
Use Amacx Recovery Shake immediately after training for optimal recovery.
Recommended use: Mix 58 grams of powder (2 spoonfuls) with 300-500 ml of water. The amount of water determines how creamy or runny the shake is, and this is a personal preference. The more water you use, the faster you restore the body's fluid balance after exercise .
